Capital ID becomes Spotler Brand ID

Capital ID has joined the Spotler family. The platform, technology, and team have been fully integrated within Spotler. Our Brand Portal software will continue under the new name Spotler Brand ID, as part of the Spotler portfolio.

What does this mean for me as a customer?

In practice, very little changes for you. Your Brand Portal will continue to operate as you’re used to. Our team remains the same, and all existing agreements remain in place.

What stays the same?
  • Access to your Brand Portal remains unchanged.
  • Existing contracts remain valid.
  • All current functionalities stay available in your portal.
  • Support continues to be provided by your trusted Solutions Consultant: Niels, Martijn, or Matthijs.
  • The service you’re accustomed to.
  • Ongoing implementations and projects continue as planned.
What changes?
  • The product name changes to Spotler Brand ID.
  • The organisation behind the platform is now called Spotler.
  • Internal processes and infrastructure will be aligned with Spotler standards where necessary.
  • Future technical integrations with other Spotler products may be explored, giving you even easier access to powerful software solutions.

To continue growing, we needed a new approach. Spotler develops marketing software that helps you easily and data‑driven connect with your audience. By joining Spotler, we can offer our Brand Portal software even more professionally and instantly deliver more value to our customers.

Think of future integrations between Spotler Brand ID and other marketing tools within Spotler, enabling brand management and marketing activation to work together seamlessly.

Why is the name changing?

Capital ID has become part of Spotler. The new name Spotler Brand ID fits our Brand Portal software well and aligns with Spotler’s product structure.

Does my contract remain valid?

Yes, all existing contracts remain in place.

Will I keep my consultant as my main contact person?

Yes. Service and support remain the same. You keep your dedicated Solutions Consultant. So if you run into issues while using your Brand Portal, you can report them to your usual contact. They’ll ensure the right support is provided as quickly as possible. And Gerben remains your Customer Success Manager.

 

Will you remain located in Zwolle?

Yes, our Zwolle office remains.

What will happen to my Brand Portal?

Your Brand Portal stays exactly the same. The platform continues to work as you’re used to, including all familiar features, roles, and permissions.

What about security and privacy when using the Brand Portal?

Security and privacy remain key priorities within Spotler Brand ID. As before, a Privacy Officer (Helga Wesselink) and a Security Officer (Marcel Braakman) ensure data is handled correctly.

Our Brand Portals continue to comply with standards such as GDPR, and the ISO27001 certification remains valid. This ensures the safety and privacy of your company and customer data when using Spotler Brand ID.

 

I’m considering adding new modules from the Capital ID portfolio. Is that still possible?

Yes, absolutely. Please contact Gerben (g.bleijenburg@capitalid.nl).

I have a Capital ID quotation, is it still valid?

If you’re in the purchasing process of a Capital ID product, your quotation remains valid until its expiry date. And even after that, our modules will remain available. The offering stays the same.

I’m already a Spotler client and also have a Brand Portal from you. What now?

For now, both contracts and terms continue to exist side by side. We’re exploring how we can support these combinations in the future. Once we have updates, we’ll get in touch.

Will there be another Brand VIP Event?

Yes, Spotler Brand ID will continue to organize customer events. The next Brand VIP Event is planned for this spring. A Save the Date will follow soon.

Do I need to do anything now?

No, no action is required from you. You can continue using your Brand Portal just as you always have.

 

What happens next?

We’re working with a phased integration. Step by step, we will first focus on transitioning the name Capital ID to Spotler Brand ID. This includes a new visual identity and updated logo.

You can continue to use your Brand Portal independently, but our software will soon become even more powerful as part of Spotler’s complete marketing solution. Integrations will continue to improve.

We will only roll out changes once they are fully tested and operational. Of course, we will keep you informed of all relevant developments.
