Professional Onboarding is designed for new customers on the ID manager marketing and communication platform. With the help of a Principal Consultant and Business Analyst, you will receive guidance to develop strategy, change, functionality, workflow and technology assistance to leverage the ID manager solutions and marketing & communication needs.

Here is a walkthrough of our Onboarding process:

Welcome to Capital ID!

Once you become a customer, we will connect you with a Principal Consultant.

Your Principal will work with you to build a program and or project plan, and you will have their direct mobile number and email address for any questions about your Onboarding and projects.

Once you finish your organizational, functional and technical setup and launch your marketing and communications platform, Onboarding is complete and you will enter our customer success program
