Integration

ID Manager integrates with online services, content management systems (CMS), e-commerce applications and systems within the application landscape of virtually any organisation. Below, you will find an overview of some of the solutions we offer.

APIAPI

Simply put, APIs are rules that determine how one application can and may communicate with another. The ID Manager API allows applications to exchange data and complete tasks for each other.

OauthOauth

OAuth is an open standard used by internet users to log in on third-party websites, e.g. ID Manager, with their Google, Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn accounts. It also allows users to log in on the organisation’s social media channels through ID Manager. This is important from security, governance and compliance standpoints.

 Auto image taggingAuto image tagging

With the Media Bank, images are automatically recognised and given metadata. This allows users to tag images immediately as they are uploaded to the Media Bank. Various external providers can be connected to this service, including Google, IBM, Microsoft and Imagga.

Active Directory - ADFS ConnectorAD & ADFS SSO Connector

Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) are directory services developed by Microsoft for Windows-domain networks. AD verifies and authorises all users and computers in a Windows-domain network. Our AD & ADFS Connector gives users seamless access to ID Manager (Single Sign-On) and therefore removes the need to use multiple sets of login details and passwords.

SharePoint Search ConnectorSharePoint Search Connector

Many of our clients use SharePoint, a web application that integrates with Microsoft Office. SharePoint is mainly used as a document management and storage system and intranet. With the ID Manager SharePoint Search Connector, users can find search results on the intranet via ID Manager.

 Microsoft Exchange ConnectorMicrosoft Exchange Connector

ID Manager’s Address Book also contains the email addresses of all users. A handy “email address lookup and automatic fill” feature allows users to quickly find the right email address within ID Manager. The Microsoft Exchange Connector also gives access to the email addresses and other data via Exchange.

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)Reporting

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is a server-based reporting tool developed by Microsoft. SSRS is used to generate reports from Microsoft SQL Server databases. Standard reports are available for the Solutions. Custom reports are also available upon request.

Import and export of dataImport and export of data

ID Manager can import and export structured data in file formats such as XML or CSV.

Mass import and export of media, mass handlingMass import and export of media, mass handling

ID Manager is capable of processing large quantities of media files. The media is turned into a different file format and the metadata is preserved. This allows for the import and export of structured content between external systems.
