Capital IDs new User group fulfils a need

Capital ID, specialist in marketing operations management (MOM), has launched its ID User Group. Earlier this month the user group assembled for the first time. The first meeting enable ID manager users to get acquainted and established the members’ wishes and expectations for future events.

The members believe they will profit a lot from the ID User Group in the future. In addition to the regular meetings, Capital ID will provide its clients with an online forum to contact each other and share ideas more regularly.

ID manager is used in many different verticals for many different marketing activities. It is useful for customers to hear about the role ID manager plays in other organizations, and use this information to their own benefit.. The invitation to join the ID User Group was well received and representatives from many ID manager customers were present at the first session. The participants were very enthusiastic about the first meeting and were happy to exchange experiences, points of view and ideas for discussion at future events.

The first meeting was hosted by Grolsch. Karla van ‘t Hag at Grolsch was satisfied: “I was happy to host the first session at Grolsch. It was useful to learn about each other’s best practices. To use our brewery as the meeting’s location enabled us to give it an informal touch, with a guided tour and a beer to close the afternoon!  For future meetings, it would be nice if each meeting had a specific theme. A number of users could then present their own tool, referring to that theme.”
