ID User Group visits Starbucks EMEA

ID User Group is a community created by Capital ID where clients have the opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge about Capital ID’s ID manager software for Marketing Resource Management. This event is always hosted by one of our clients. This time, Starbucks EMEA was kind enough to facilitate the fifth ID User Group. Capital ID has no active role in this community.
Starbucks is an active user of ID manager software for Marketing Resource Management for some five years now. The company uses it primarily for order management, store development and procurement for EMEA, Latin America and Asia Pacific. A demonstration was given how the software plays a central role in developing new stores online and interacts with other back-office systems of suppliers. Next to this, Starbucks showed how they use ID manager for forecasting.
Next to this demonstration clients like AKZONOBEL, Renault, Randstad International demonstrated how they use ID manager for MRM after which a discussion took place how even better results can be achieved resulting in cost savings and better performance.
