David Newberry
International Business Consultancy

David leads Capital ID’s international business consultancy services supporting advanced implementations of ID Manager utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience.
David Newberry is a leading figure in marketing operations with over 25 years experience in driving value from marketing technology across a variety of markets, including deep experience in consumer products.
David was previously a senior consultant at Marketing Supply Chain, a specialist marketing consultancy based in London, prior to this David was a co-founder and director for EMEA operations of ProMost Inc. from 2000 to 2006 which is the world’s leading e-procurement marketplace for marketing materials & services. David worked at British American Tobacco for a period of 20 years in a variety of roles covering brand marketing, trade marketing and various managerial positions. This included 12 years based overseas in South Korea, Middle East, South Africa and Hungary.

Paul Feijth
Consultancy Services

Paul leads the Consultancy Services team which offers business and technical consultancy, and project management.  In his role as a business consultant he also advises customers such as Rabobank, Logica and Akzo Nobel. Paul worked for 5 years as a programmer/architect at Delta Lloyd Insurance. In 1999, Paul left Amsterdam to work as a Software Architect for the internet company, Insite B.V. where he was responsible for advising clients on their e-business strategies, on-line corporate reputation and identity management, and content management.
Paul achieved his Masters Degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam.

Erik Poel
Implementation Services

Erik is the Team Manager responsible for all ID manager software implementations and a counterpart for Andrey Prins in software development. Erik was the first employee of Capital ID in 2002, working with Andrey Prins to design and build the ID manager framework for Marketing Operations Management. Erik Poel studied Computer Sciences at the University of Twente. He undertook a work placement and later joined full time at Insite B.V. Working together with Andrey Prins (CTO of Capital ID), Erik was the Software Architect responsible for specifying ecommerce solutions for major Dutch companies.

Niels Veldman
Service & (ICT) Support

Niels is the Team manager for Service & Support. Niels continues to improve the level of service Capital ID offers to its clients, partners and staff. He is specialized in Microsoft applications with extensive experience as a trainer, support leader and all round IT expert!
Niels studied Business and Information Sciences in Zwolle. After his degree, he began work as a trainer at a specialist IT training company in the Netherlands.

Max Schrevelius
Creative Director ID interactive

In 2004 Max founded the ID interactive as a division of Capital ID and now manages the creative and multimedia teams. To date Max has worked with a large number of clients including Wehkamp, OHRA, Macintosh Retail Group, PGGM, Douwe Egberts & Philips.
Max studied Graphic Design and Multimedia Design in Zwolle and Utrecht and started his career at Insite B.V. in 1997 as a designer of web interfaces, rising to the leader of this team responsible for the creative department (25 people).

Arnout Schutte
Creative Director ID interactive 

Arnout joined Capital ID in 2004 to start the business unit ID interactive with his former colleague Max Schrevelius. Arnout studied Graphic Design and Multimedia Design in Zwolle and Utrecht and began his career with Insite B.V. in 1998 as a web designer, establishing a strong digital presence for a number of leading international brands. In 2000 he became the Art Director.

Lisette Pahud de Mortanges
HR manager

Lisette joined Capital ID in 2006 to set up the HR department, focusing on HR practices and recruitment which enabled Capital ID to more than double in size during 2007. During that same period she introduced many new HR initiatives, including a company pension scheme, induction and training programs, and an appraisal scheme. As part of the Management Team, Lisette ensures that Talent Management is a key part of the agenda for the continued success of Capital ID.
Lisette Pahud de Mortanges studied at the Academy of HR Practices in Deventer.
