Paul Feijth
Consultancy Services

Paul leads the Consultancy Services team which offers business and technical consultancy, and project management.  In his role as a business consultant he also advises customers such as Rabobank, Logica and Akzo Nobel. Paul worked for 5 years as a programmer/architect at Delta Lloyd Insurance. In 1999, Paul left Amsterdam to work as a Software Architect for the internet company, Insite B.V. where he was responsible for advising clients on their e-business strategies, on-line corporate reputation and identity management, and content management. Paul achieved his Masters Degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam.

Erik Poel
Implementation Services

Erik is the Team Manager responsible for all ID manager software implementations and a counterpart for Andrey Prins in software development. Erik was the first employee of Capital ID in 2002, working with Andrey Prins to design and build the ID manager framework for Marketing Operations Management. Erik Poel studied Computer Sciences at the University of Twente. He undertook a work placement and later joined full time at Insite B.V. Working together with Andrey Prins (CTO of Capital ID), Erik was the Software Architect responsible for specifying ecommerce solutions for major Dutch companies.

Niels Veldman
Manager Operations

Niels is the Team manager for Service & Support and is overall responsible for operations. Niels continues to improve the level of service Capital ID offers to its clients, partners and staff. He is specialized in Microsoft applications with extensive experience as a trainer, support leader and all round IT expert!
Niels studied Business and Information Sciences in Zwolle. After his degree, he began work as a trainer at a specialist IT training company in the Netherlands.

Lisette Pahud de Mortanges
HR manager

Lisette joined Capital ID in 2006 to set up the HR department, focusing on HR practices and recruitment which enabled Capital ID to more than double in size during 2007. During that same period she introduced many new HR initiatives, including a company pension scheme, induction and training programs, and an appraisal scheme. As part of the Management Team, Lisette ensures that Talent Management is a key part of the agenda for the continued success of Capital ID.
Lisette Pahud de Mortanges studied at the Academy of HR Practices in Deventer.

Helga Wesselink
Financial Manager

Helga has an MBA degree, studied Business Administration and the study Financial Economic Management. She started her career in accountancy in 1989. During her career she took fiscal-, marketing and management trainings. Before joining Capital ID as a Financial Manager, she worked at High Concept Software Development in Deventer. In March, she joined the Management Team.
